1959年に東洋の古美術や茶道具を扱うギャラリーとして平寛堂を設立致しました。設立以来、平寛堂では東洋の陶磁器・茶器をはじめ近現代工芸作品等幅広く扱っております。2012年その経験を基に、企画展や世界中のアートフェアを通して日本だけでなく国際的な現代美術を紹介する専門店として、コンテンポラリーヘイズをオープン致しました。アート作品に囲まれた特別な時間を楽しむことのできる空間となるよう努めて参ります。
We established HEIKANDO as an oriental fine art gallery in 1959. We have been dealing with oriental ceramics, tea utensils and modern contemporary crafts.Based upon the experience, we launched Contemporary HEIS in 2012 to introduce contemporary art through exhibitions and art fairs all over the world.We strive our gallery to be a special space to eanjoy art.
