1979 born in Fukuoka. With the theme “Existence of a memory in which a collapse and formation are included” Toyo Nishihara exhibits his paintings mainly in Tokyo.
In 2009 with winning the1st Sekaido Grand Prize Award as a start, he was winning by many big contests one after another. At ASHIYAGARO he had a solo-show in 2013 as a exhibition of ASHIYAGARO prize winning commemoration.
