KENJI TAKI GALLERY

Established in Nagoya in 1994, the gallery expanded its presence by opening a space in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, in 1998, followed by a new space in Roppongi, Tokyo, in 2024. Since its inception, the gallery has curated and presented numerous exhibitions across its Nagoya and Tokyo locations, focusing primarily on solo shows of new works by domestically and internationally acclaimed artists working in painting, sculpture, three-dimensional objects, and installation art.
Sharing the same ownership and located adjacent within the same building, Gallery Kenbishi was originally founded in Kariya City in 1992 before relocating to Nagoya in 1997. Specializing in contemporary ceramics, Gallery Kenbishi consistently introduces modern artists who pursue creative, earnest, and deeply original practices.
