Opened in 2003 in Owari-Asahi City, Aichi Prefecture, with the concept of providing a venue for young artists to present their works and "making art more accessible and easy for all people". The second gallery open in Tokyo in 2019. The gallery exhibits and sells works of all genres, including two-dimensional, three-dimensional, crafts, and clothing. It also exhibits at art fairs and department stores throughout Japan.
