Following the &#8220;&#8221;revision&#8221;&#8221; of South Korea&#8217;s Military Service Act, which made me subject to conscription, I returned to Japan at the end of 2020. My practice investigates the history of Korean &#8220;&#8221;migration&#8221;&#8221; and questions arbitrarily drawn &#8220;&#8221;borders&#8221;&#8221; as well as the relationship between war and culture.
