Alpha Contemporaryは、国際的な美術史の流れを意識した独自のキュレーションを展開し、海外や日本のアーティストを紹介します。アーティストトークやワークショップなど多岐に渡る企画に取り組み、作品のコアになるメッセージを社会と共有し、あらゆる困難においてクリエーティブに問題解決していくヒントを社会に与える他、アートの底辺を広げる活動も行います。
Alt Projects は従来の展示形式を超え、地域の課題と国際的な対話を結びつけます。サンガブリエルバレーの多様なアジアコミュニティに根ざし、日本、台湾、韓国、中国、ベトナム、シンガポールなどアジア系アーティストをロサンゼルス地域に紹介する企画展を主力として運営しています。国内外のネットワークを通じて地理的、人種的、アイデンティティの境界を取り払い、文化的アイデンティティ、環境の脆弱性、集団的回復力を扱う作品を優先しています。新進および中堅アーティストを支援し、コミュニティフレンドリーなアート空間を芸術的実験と社会的影響力の触媒へと変容させています。
