1967 Born in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture
1990 Became a woodworking furniture craftsman
1992 While working, studied integrated wood and lacquer techniques under Kenkichi Kuroda (until 1996)
1995 Apprenticed at Iguchi Woodworks, specializing in Kyoshimono (traditional Kyoto cabinetry)
2004 Became independent
2005 First selected for the 79th Kokuten Exhibition, Crafts Division
